Women remain underrepresented in careers in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) holding less than 25 percent of jobs in these fields. NIOSH recently released a Women in Science video series featuring seven female scientists discussing their journeys to science, challenges and current work. Help NIOSH distribute these videos to young girls and women in an effort to encourage them to consider education and careers in STEM fields. Join the discussion on the NIOSH Science Blog.
